Rún Valdr

Run Valdr is a system of healing using Runic Symbols.
Rodney Cox, a Reiki Master and Rune Master had a revelation in 2004 that symbols carry power and that Runes are infused with power in much the same way that the symbols of Reiki have power to heal, to manifest, to diagnose and to draw energy from the universal source when and where it is needed.

The system uses Norse Run symbology to draw energy and attention that facilitates and expands healing.  Run Valdr can heal the body, the mind and  life challenges.  

 

Run Valdr can compared to Reiki but it is not based on ancient Sanskrit or Tibetan teachings, but on Norse Run wisdom.  Similarities between Reiki and Run Valdr include receiving attunements and using the symbols to draw energy to specific areas. Run Valdr can heal the body as well as the mind. The system is learned in stages and then must be practiced successfully in order for a practitioner to become a Certified Run Valdr.

Run Valdr is not just power, but carries authority as well.
It is much more than just a powerful way of using runes,
Run Valdr is a responsibility. With power comes the need for wisdom.

Run Valdr techniques can be used for more than healing. The techniques can be used to draw “syne” (sight), and can be used for divination.
Divination happens when we find meaning in the symbols
that we use. Symbols are drawn to us and as meaning arises the  symbols become powerful communicators of information that can be used to
guide and advise. Run Valdr is a powerful way of healing and divination.
